He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Samuel and Ruth Adelaide Rockafellow (Moore); his brother Howard Douglas (Dick); his great grandchild Virginia; and his wife Petie Kathleen Koerber (Teresa). He is also survived by his 15 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren.
