He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Nathaniel Decorah and Annie Decorah; his mother Theresa; his brother Stuart; the mother of his children Sharon Decorah; his daughter Shawnee Kay; and his granddaughter Jessica.
He is survived by: his wife Linda; his sons, Travis (Sue) of Muskego, WI and Damon (Sarah) of Port Washington, WI; his grandchildren, Monica, Logan, Reece, Toby and Andre; and his great grandchildren, Caden and Asher.
