He is survived by: his parents, Kent Murdock and Stephani Murdock (Greenfield); his siblings, Hillary Nystrom (Kaleb Nystrom), Paige Butkay (Levi Butkay) and Katie Murdock (Ethan Frasier); his nieces and nephews, Bentley Butkay, Sadie Butkay, Lucy Butkay and McCoy Butkay; and his grandparents, Thomas Rodger Greenfield and Judith Ann Murdock. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.
