He was predeceased by: his father Samuel Horn; his wife Ada Williamson; his mother Mary (Ada); his daughter Susan Horn; his siblings, Forest Horn, Harry Wallace, Lawrence Plenty Hawk and Joan Horn; and his uncle Caleb Plain Bull.
He is survived by: his children, Christopher Horn (Danette) and Loretta Birdinground (Matthew Stevens); his grandsons, Cody Reece, Harvey "Pokey" Wallace, Hennessy Dan Floyd Horn, Jesse Shane, Callan and Zachary Cummins; his great-nephew Jeff Packsthehat (Valarie); his granddaughters, Genua, Stina, Tionna, Mary Ann and Tristy; his siblings, Elvina Pickett (Lloyd) and Rick Mullenberg; his siblings' children, Samuel Horn (Darla), Danny GunShows (Letha), Joanie Rowland (Frank) and Rhonda Hogan (Larry); and his extended family, Little Nest, Dianne Horn, Blaine, Stewart and Packsthehat.
