He is survived by: his parents, June Ellestad and Lloyd Holland; his friend Clay (Katherine Foley); his son Ryan Holland (Katherine Foley); his siblings, Cable, Aaron, Kayleigh Holland, Marburger, Lindsey, Kirby and Elletson; his cousin Dant Betty; his aunts and uncles, Dorie, Rubie, Mike, Dean, Ray, Jim and Rick; his parents-in-law, Carol and Mike Foley; and his brothers-in-law, Michael Foley (Andrea) and Richard Foley (Nikki Dixon). He is also survived by nieces, and friends.
