He is survived by: his children, Helma Van Nieuwenhuyzen (Henk), Marjan Vrolijk (Bert), Anita Terpstra (Jack), Leo Vander Stelt (Wanda) and Shirley Kreutzer (Tracy "Dutch"); his sister Lenie Van Haaften; Reina Dykstra (Paul). He is also survived by 21 grandchildren and spouses, 3 bonus grandchildren, 38 great grandchildren.
