He is survived by: his sons, Carl (Nancy Luth) and Phil Jr. (Joan); his grandchildren, Julie Patten (Eli), Whitney Rostad (Bradford Drew), Caroline Mulkey (Nathan) and Sam Rostad; and his great grandchildren, Olivia, Adele Patten, Connor and Norah Mulkey.
