He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Kurtz and Lillian Kurtz; and his siblings, Yvonne Kurtz, Aileen Feuerherm, Louie Kurtz, Donna May Hollowell and Wayne Kurtz.
He is survived by: his wife Lucile Mary Kurtz; his children, Teresa Anthony (Ed), Karl Kurtz, Kent Kurtz (Cindy) and Kris Kurtz; his grandchildren, Zachary, Allison, Summer and Sara; and his great grandchild Karson.
