He is survived by: his daughter Chloe Cooke (James) of Coalville, England; his parents, Randy Slater and Norrie Slater (Baker) of Belding; his siblings, Charlotte May of Belding and Mathew Slater (Kristine Mangus) of Belding; his siblings' children, Elena (Eiler), Elijah, Ezra, Jordan (Breanna), Avery and Thomas; his great-nieces, Everleigh, Wren and Valencia; his uncles, Jeff Slater (Nancee) of Grandville and Virgil Baker (Margaret) of Grand Rapids; and his aunt Anita Priester (Dale) of Manistee.
