She was predeceased by: her parents, James Mitchell and Dorothy Mitchell; her husband David Charles Gilligan; and her son Douglas Dean Gilligan. She is survived by: her children, James, Carina and John; her grandchildren, Jamie, Samantha, Jessie and Josh; and her great grandchildren, Crosby, Wells, Jovie, Smith and William. She is also survived by extended family, and countless friends.
