He was predeceased by: his siblings, Ralph, Marvin and Phyllis; and his parents, Josephine and Otto.
He is survived by: his siblings, Darlene Hirning (Bob), Stanley Smith (Wanda) and Donald Smith; and his sister-in-law Deanna Smith. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
