He was predeceased by : his father Gary Lee Kendall, Sr, step-mom Carol Kendall & brother Eddie Paul Bostick. He is survived by : his sisters, Stacy Elaine, Martha Jean & Effie Diann. Stacy Stepp of Yoncalla, Martha Curl (Gary) of Prineville and Effie Anderson (Jeff) of Cottage Grove; his mother Linda Bearden Harris (John); his wife Teresa Kendall of Missoula; and his step-children, Brandi (Melea) and Cale (Caitlin). He is also survived by nieces & nephews and great nieces & nephews.
