She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Ployhar and Elaine Ployhar; her husband Jeffrey Bardwell; her sister Margie Truett (Mick); and her nephew Lou Ployhar.
She is survived by: her sister Holly; her daughters, Allyson (Marty Lund) and Madison Bardwell; her grandson Martin Lund; and her brothers, Jeff (Donna Ployhar), Floyd (Janette Ployhar), Greg (Tammy Ployhar) and John Ployhar (Holly Ployhar). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
