He is survived by: his wife Joan Elaine Miller; his children, Deborah Butler (Helena) and David (Staci); his grandchildren, Devan Rowe (Matt) and E. Gage Elmore (Brittany); and his great grandchildren, Blake, Maycee and Braxton Smith.
