He was predeceased by: his parents, Catherine Hughes and Blaine Hughes; and his siblings, Dan and Patricia. He is survived by: his brother Richard (JoAnn); his niece Shannon Cook (Travis); his nephews, Brian (Karli) and Michael Semmens; his sister-in-law Cheryl Hughes; and his great-nieces, Hadli, Livia, Parker and Presley. He is also survived by his friends, family and all the great neighbors.
