He is survived by: his wife Mickey Hanson; his children, Ronee Francis of Nashville, Anne Hanson (Brad Stevens) of Missoula and Andrew Hanson (Debbie Hanson) of Superior; his sister Margaret Cope of Tacoma, WA.; his grandchildren, Emily, Ciaran, Lydia, Sam, George, Declan, Finley and Henry; and his sibling's children, Libby Hanson-Cooper (Anne) of Neah Bay, WA and Alex Cope (Jessica) of Tacoma, WA. He is also survived by 7 great nieces and nephews.

Jon's family suggests that in lieu of flowers or other remembrances, a donation in his name to Mineral County Pool in the Park would be appreciated.
