He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Wartenbee and Edna Wartenbee (Christensen); his significant other Frances Wartenbee; his son Michael Burch; and his sisters, Shirley Dukowitz (John) and Gladys Pomrenkee.
He is survived by: his wife Frances Hoerner; his children, Gerald Burch of Butte, Edna Kallis (Brian) of Missoula and Sara Basolo (Kevin) of Missoula; his grandchildren, David Burch (Jenny), Elise Beach (Ed), Jerry, Desiree, Chanel, Christopher, Shawn (Alisa), Joe (Wyntr), Katelynn (Kellen), Cody, Jamie (Wesley) and Brent (Kenna); and his sister Beverly Young (Earle). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
