She is survived by: her significant other Bob Dischner; her brothers, Thomas H. Jr. and Stephen (Linda); her children, Robert Middlemass (Stacey), Wesley Middlemass (Ronda), Tyler Middlemas (Gina) and Stephenie Birgenheier (Rich); her grandchildren, Jennifer, David, Sara, Travis, Colby, Mason, Taylor, Myles, Mallory, Mitchell, Chandler, Ryan and Marissa; and her nephews, Kyle Johns (Linda) and Kevin Johns (Jeri). She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
