He is survived by: his significant other Brenda Croucher Moderie; his children, Kim Moderie (Warren Harris), Derek Moderie (Amber) and Thymer Croucher; his grandchildren, Jayden Mitchell, Patience Mitchell, Lincoln Harris, Trentin Harris, Saylor Croucher, Roman Wilson and Quinnton Wilson; and his siblings, Kenneth Moderie (Marianne), Ronald Moderie (Cheryl), Daniel Moderie (Mary), Michael Moderie, Charlie Moderie, Joseph Moderie, John Moderie, Betty Jo Baker (James), Marianne McCracken, Nancy Haniszewski (William) and Marchita Mays (Herschel). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws, aunts, uncles.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 29th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Garden City Funeral Home and Crematory (1705 W Broadway St, Missoula, MT 59808).
