He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Henry and Catherine Elizabeth Van Haecke; his stepfather Gordon Blumenschein; and his brother Tom. He is survived by: his former wife Diana Olson; his significant other Paula Sherwood; his children, Carrie Van Haecke (Caleb Pulver) of St. Paul, MN and Andrew Van Haecke (Irene) of Memphis, TN; his grandsons, Owen Pulver, Krew Van Haecke and Rory Van Haecke; his sister Terry O'Brien; his sister-in-law Judy Van Haecke; his cousin Denny Brenton; and his nieces, Michele, Kathleen, Karen and Lisa.
