He is survived by: his wife Barbara Donofrio; his daughter Katie Christofferson; his grandchildren, Riley and Teryn Christofferson; his sister Judy Donofrio; his nibling Kai; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Milbauer (Dick) and Don Enck (Terri).
