He is survived by: his wife Peggy Low; his children, Jon Low and Jen Low; his siblings, Nora Serpa and Mike Low; and his parents-in-law, Beth Staggs (Alan), Joe Williams (Charlotte), Eddie Williams and Marion Hanson. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
