He was predeceased by: his parents, Evertt Lou Hooker and Mary Franklin Hooker; and his sisters, Mary Mace and Betty Cohenour. He is survived by: his wife Karen; his children, Bill Hooker (Dena), Sandra Brown (Leon) and Jodie Hooker; his grandchildren, Mat Hooker (Sadie), Andy Johnson (Cheyenne), Krystal Hooker, Rae Brown and Dale Malloy-Hooker; his great grandchildren, Jacob, Macy Hooker, Bella, Autumn Malloy-Hooker, Erykah, Elie Brown and Jace Keys; and his siblings, Brian Hooker and Betty Magnus of Hayden, ID.
