He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Hout Sr. and Nelda Kennedy; his siblings, Ronald Hout Sr. and Patsy; and his wife Bonnie Hout.
He is survived by: his siblings, Charlie Hout, Melvin Hout and Caroll Matt; and his children, Jennifer, Joe, Ann, David, Suzy and Sam. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
