It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elmer Coblentz (Philipsburg, Montana), born in Akron, Ohio, who passed away on April 10, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Coblentz and Barbara Coblentz; his siblings, Edna Hershberger, Sarah Coblentz, Albert Coblentz and Henry Coblentz (Sonny); his father-in-law Raymond Keeler; and his siblings-in-law, Charles Keeler and Adair Rademacher.

He is survived by: his wife Rose Coblentz; his son James LaRue (Angela); his grandsons, Alex and Trent; his children, Desiree Thompson (Randy Schwan), Dakota, Aaliyah, Jasmine, Ashley Bontrager and Cyrus; his mother-in-law Bessie Keeler; his stepchildren, Jeannie and Ben Hager; his children, Danica, Nathan, Lily and Daniel; and his siblings, Leroy H. Coblentz, Barbara Lumley, Emma Yoder and Ada Coblentz. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
