He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Leroy Kingrey and Elizabeth Anna Leishman; his sibling Bridges; his wife Donna Belle Myers; and his son Kenneth Kingrey.
He is survived by: his children, Oliver (Patsy) and Cindy of Philipsburg; his grandchildren, Corey Kingrey (Stephanie) of Philipsburg, Bridget Sarrazin (Zachary) of Clyde Park and Samuel Short (Meghan) of Anaconda; his great grandchildren, Alexis, Katlin, Kordell, Blair Walkley of Philipsburg, Greyson Sarrazin of Clyde Park, Emersyn and Fischer Short of Anaconda; and also Carter James Brown. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and life-long friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in honor of Elwyn are suggested to Granite County Museum and Cultural Center in Philipsburg.
