He was predeceased by: his parents, Alice Hedges (Erickson) and Leslie Hedges; his wife Ardythe; his siblings, Weldon Hedges, Evie Easton, Lorraine Goff, Sonja "Toni" Lee, Sandra Flom and Carolyn Christensen; and his son-in-law Mike Cooke.
He is survived by: his children, Rom Hedges (Patti) and Rhea Cooke; and his grandchildren, Risa Hedges (Jed Stevens), Cameron Cooke and Damon Cooke.
He was on the Hospital Foundation board and was a behind the scenes participant in the Antelope Dinner Theater productions.
