She was predeceased by : her parents, John Tommerup and Dorothy Tommerup; her cousin Plentywood; her sisters, Fay Moore and Kay Tommerup; her husband Rodney Smith of Williston; and her siblings-in-law, Jim Moore, Harlan and Monica Fixen.

She is survived by : her niece Stephanie Paine (Joe) of Westby; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Nathaniel (Tina), Montana, Jeremiah (Kennedy Kuntz) of Williston and Adam of Williston; her niece Kristina Branson (Christopher) of Roseville; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Claire of San Francisco, Connor of Huntington Beach and Kevin; her nephew Jonathan Moore (Molly) of Helena; her great-nieces and great-nephews, James and Abrahm of Helena; her mother-in-law Kathleen Smith of Williston; her brothers-in-law, Perry Smith, Neil Smith and Brad Smith; and also Lawson of Circle.

A funeral service was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Immanuel Lutheran Church.
