He is survived by: his children, Crystal Johnson (Todd), Beth Vogel (Kevin), Tony Myhre (Angela) and Nathan Myhre; his grandchildren, Mandy, Jamie (Kevin), Christina, Shelby (Tory), Trevor, Keston, Seth, Shianne (Chayse), Angel and Brittany; his great grandchildren, Jasen, Stormy, Levi, Deven, Nolan, Aiden, Liam, Kirha, Amanda, Ainsley, Cassian, Sylvie and Clifford; and his siblings, Elaine, Ernest (Linda), Carrie and Stanley.
