She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Christianson and Rhoda Christianson (Herman); her husband Richard; her stepfather Bud Franzen; her in-laws, Edmer and Helen Westgard; and her son Dean Westgard.

She is survived by: her sons, Bruce (Chris), Lance (Terril) and Marty (Leann); her grandchildren, Cody Westgard, Kalyne Westgard, Cortny Lakes (Mark), Hallie Wiseman (Seth), Abby Schmitz (Cordell), Makenzie Shewmake (Aaron), Makayla Christenson (Marcus), Parker Westgard (Kaylee) and Jager Westgard (Kourtney); her sister Marlene Vogel; and her sibling's children, Darcel Whitezel (Shane) and Kevin Vogel (Beth). She is also survived by 17 great grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Immanuel Lutheran Church.
