He is survived by: his wife Kelly Lewis; his children, Jayme McLachlan (Eric) of Evart, MI and Nathan Maddern (Sara) of Traverse City, MI; his stepchildren, Andrew Stewart (Karina) of Muskegon, MI and Sandra Peasely (Chance); his brother Jon Maddern (Bev) of Plano, TX; and his friend Gunner. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
