Leona Marie Juneau Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leona Marie Juneau (Polson, Montana), who passed away on December 2, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Nicolas Hewankorn and Helen Couture Charlo; her siblings, Eugene, Henry, Florence and Christine; and her niece Alvina "Cissy" Johnson.

She is survived by: her daughter Lydia Hewankorn; her former husband Eugene "Jim" Juneau; her husband Worley; her children, Sam Juneau (Susan), Lavonne Heffner (JSon) and Doug Juneau (Will); her grandchildren, Terry Hewankorn, Kiowa Incashola, Seneca Stanger (Donald), Shane Juneau, Robert Hampton and Elisabeth Hampton; her great grandchildren, Daizey Hewankorn (Tim), Odessa Kenmille, Drake Kenmille, Darrin Hewankorn and Alannana Stanger; her great great grandchild Numa Melton; her nieces and nephews, Tom Johnson, Sam Charlo, Christopher Tenas, Francis Tenas, Byron Tenas, Colleen Tenas and Antoine "Tony" Tenas; her pet Kootenai; and her grandchild Numa.
