He was predeceased by : his parents, Albert Eugene Kelsey and Cecilia Young Kelsey; his significant other Viola; his siblings, Howard, Warren, Cecilia, Elinor, Charlotte and Jocelyn (Jolly); his son Ronald LaRoche; his grandsons, Raymond LaRoche, Chad LaRoche and Hunter Dehner; and his great grandchild Grady Sunwall.
He is survived by : his children, James, Tana Lee (Gary) of Williston, ND and David Kelsey of Sidney, MT; his daughter-in-law Diane LaRoche of Poplar, MT; and also, Veda, Joseph, Patrick and Ronald. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
