She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen Bull and Esther Spotted Bull (Walking Eagle); her husband Duane "Fats" Charette; her siblings, Harley Spotted Bull, Mario "Romeo" Carillo and Belva "April" Vondall; her nephews, David Vondall, Trevor Vondall and Travis Spotted Bull; and her aunt Vicky Spotted Bull Azure.
She is survived by: her children, Quincy Charette (Denise) of Poplar, MT and Ona Steele (Hunter) of Tucson, AZ; her grandchildren, Chance Steele of Tucson, AZ, Brooklyn Steele of Tucson, AZ, Denae and Erin Red Eagle of Wolf Point; her great grandchild Laila Saddler of Wolf Point, MT; her brother Ronald Spotted Bull of Poplar, MT; her niece Sheila Spotted Bull of Poplar, MT; and her nephews, Wayne Spotted Bull (Marlo) of Fort Yates, ND, Allen Spotted Bull (Jessica) of Poplar, MT and Richard Vondall (Cleo) of Grand Portage, MN. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews.
A prayer was held on Tuesday, September 1st 2026 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Assembly of God Church (6091 Route 134, Poplar, MT 59255). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Poplar City Cemetery (600 Court Ave, Poplar, MT 59255).
