He is survived by : his wife Evelyn Van Campen; his son Gerald Van Campen (Gwendolyn Wilson); his granddaughter Erin Van Campen (Cannon Atkinson); his daughter Heidi Galbreth (Greg); his grandchildren, Mitchell Galbreth (Sarah Castagna) and Hannah Galbreth; his daughter Christy Van Campen (James Lorengo); his granddaughter Kaiya; and his brother Marion James Van Campen. He is also survived by extended family, life-long friends.
