He was predeceased by : his parents, Peter Dighans and Magdelina Dighans; his wife Dolores; and his siblings, Christina Taylor, John Dighans, Martha Hersel, Agnes Sheets, Henry Dighans, Alfred Dighans, Antone Dighans and Francis Hagen.

He is survived by : his daughters, Alisa Vandersloot (Cal), Melissa Van Dyken (Dan), Gwendolyn Moore (Matt) and Gayleen Jones (Bill). He is also survived by his four daughters, eleven grandchildren, three great grandchildren; three siblings and numerous nieces and nephews.

A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Waller Funeral Home (221 Timmons St, Scobey, MT 59263).
