He is survived by: his daughters, Alisa Vandersloot (Cal), Melissa Van Dyken (Dan), Gwendolyn Moore (Matt) and Gayleen Jones (Bill). He is also survived by his four daughters, eleven grandchildren, three great grandchildren; three siblings and numerous nieces and nephews.
