Carl left this world on November 23, 2025 at the age of 73, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Klingaman and Emma Klingaman; his sister Connie; and his nieces, Lynnette Nelson, Beth Lyon and Dawn Kushlan.
He is survived by: his wife Vickie Ball; his children, Wade (Tina), Larry (Bobbie) and Julie; and his siblings, Harry (Beth), Kirk (Rusyl), Lyle (Connie) and Janet Braten (Roger). He is also survived by his eight grandchildren, as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (4 W Fork Rd, Red Lodge, MT 59068). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at the Rockvale Cemetery.
