He was predeceased by: his parents, George Sloan and Elbira Padilla Sloan; and his grandson Dusty Sloan. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Lockwood; his children, Dawn Benson (Troy) and Dustin Sloan (Johnnie); his grandchildren, Donnie Benson (Lexi), Brittnee Benson and Ryan Sloan; his great grandchildren, Braylee, Boyd, Braxton and Blaze; and his siblings, Rebecca Sloan (Niles Reichardt), Gary Sloan (Michelle) and Dallas Fleming (Stan).
A graveside service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Calendar Ronan Cemetery (46727 N Foothills Dr, Ronan, MT 59864).
