She was loved and cherished by many people including: her daughter Rhea Alexandra Raptou DeLong; her son-in-law Matthew DeLong; her father George Zoganas; her husband Alexander D. Raptou, MD; her brother Meletios; and her son George.

Elly moved to Montana during COVID, prior to which she enjoyed being in the lives of her precious grandchildren, Foster and Holden Raptou, of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.
