He was predeceased by : his father JDavid "Bubba" Bennett. He is survived by : his mother Donna Bennett; his siblings, Erin Trogden (Derek), Meagan Bennett (Angela Devore), Josh Fritz and Justin Fritz; and his children, Hailey Bennett, Lesli Bennett and JDavid Bennett III. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.

A memorial service was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Terrace Lake Community Church (35663 Terrace Lake Rd, Ronan, MT 59864).
