It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Alfred John Adolph (Roundup, Montana), who passed away on January 9, 2019, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, John Adolph and Martha Adolph; his wife Doris; his children, Linda and Darrel; his grandsons, Jimmie Laurie and Jesse Adolph; and his sister Gardie Steffensrud.

He is survived by : his daughter Gloria Kerr (Harry) of Bowman; his siblings, Don Adolph (Ann), Eddie Adolph (Dodo) and Dorothy Trygg; his grandchildren, Shawn Kerr, Teri Elhers (Cole), Amos Adolph, Andrew Adolph (Pamela) and Josh Adolph; and his siblings-in-law, Edwin Bohlman (Jean) and Shirley Farnum. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Alfred Adolph Memorial fund.

“I never met Mr Adolph in person but I have heard many, many stories that my dad told on Alfred and himself. They both worked on a Ranch in Roundup and became great friends. Alfred was going to be the best man at my father and mothers wedding but the war got in the way and Alfred was in Germany by the time the wedding was taking place. Dad spent the rest of his life in AR and never made it back to Roundup to see Alfred. I wish I had been able to meet him while he was still alive and share some stories with him.
