He is survived by: his wife Ranae Nichols; his son Shawn (Meghann); his grandson Damon (Corrie); his great grandchildren, Weston and Wrenley; his daughter Michele Cockerham (Brian); his grandson Walker Cockerham (Callie); his great grandchild Jenna; his granddaughter Brittany Stroh (Qwint); his great grandchildren, Sloan and Hattyn; and his cousin Joanne Kline. He is also survived by three sisters-in-law (and husbands) and numerous nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, January 14th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Roundup City Cemetery (17059 US-12, Roundup, MT 59072).
