She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack McFate and Hattie McFate; and her children, James Conley, Carl Conley, Robert Conley, Kenny Conley and Jeanne Miller.

She is survived by: her husband Darrell Conley; her former husband Elwood Simpson; her children, Dan Conley (Brenda) of Lufkin, Darrell Ray Conley Jr. (Lisa) of Slaterville, Utah., Betty Joy Peck of Columbus, Danice Thomen (Buddy), Beth Bailey (Jimmy) of Billings and Montana; and her brothers, Alvin McFate (Bonnie), David McFate, Walt McFate, Johnny McFate, Richard McFate, Patrick McFate, Mike McFate and Jim McFate. She is also survived by 29 grandchildren, 57 great grandchildren, and 12 great great grandchildren.

Betty's church family was always very important to her, she never missed her tithes or missionary donation every month.
