Louella Mathis Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Louella Mathis (Saint Ignatius, Montana), born in Elmo, Montana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 26, 2025 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Louella may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Louella touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her mother Winona Arlee; her husband Roy Mathis; and her daughters, Ava and Joellen Ramirez. She is survived by: her children, Thomas Ramirez, Louis Jr. Ramirez (Maria Lizalde) and Janet Can Doren (Bill).
A rosary was held on Monday, December 1st 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Elmo Hall. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM.
