He was predeceased by : his parents, Harold Wallace and Lillibell Wallace; and his siblings, Pat Moulder and Danny Wallace. He is survived by : his significant other Katherine M. Wallace; his children, Terri Ocheltree (Samuel Dodson), Pam Shawl (Gene) and David Wallace (Tori); his grandchildren, Amanda Lee Wallace, Christian Lynn Ford, Taylor Wallace Ford and Jacob Lee Ocheltree; and his siblings, Travis Wallace (Donna), Gary Wallace, Phillip Wallace (Shirley), John Roy Wallace and Sue Looper (JV).
