She is survived by : her husband John Shearer; her pet Spanky Doodle; her children, Tammy Holten (Herb) and David Schroeder (Maria); her siblings, Maureen Dilley, Donald and Brian Duncan; her nephew Daniel Shearer Jr.; her granddaughter Carissa Buxel; and also, Jason, Kelli and Scott Peterson. She is also survived by friends, neighbors.
