He is survived by: his mother Shirley Bolte; his girlfriend Claudine Wanner; his sisters, Shannon, Shelley and Roxi; his sister-in-law Colleen; his stepbrother David (Val); his sister Mitzi (Perry); and his nieces and nephews, Chris (Chelsea), Brad (Ashley), Tara and Ciara. He is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and amazing friends.
