It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Virginia Funk of Sheridan, Montana, who passed away on June 28, 2025, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clinton Smith and Lyda Smith; her daughter Wanda; her husband Kenneth Funk; and her grandson Xavier.
She is survived by: her son Tim Funk; her grandchildren, Chelle Cain (Patrick Brewer), Noah Russell and Ryan Funk; her great grandchildren, Levi LeBlanc, Glen Zupfer, Sailor Miller, Violet Miller, Kloe Russell and Lula Funk; and her siblings, Sue Bigelow and Larry Smith. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 6th 2025 at 12:45 PM at the TIM Funk's Home (25 Indian Creek Rd, Townsend, MT 59644). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 6th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the same location.
