As Leo departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Leo may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Leo leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his father Leo Mestas; his former spouse Bettycarole Carlson (Carole); his mother Helen Fresques-Mestas; his brother Robert Floyd; and his wife Carole Mestas.
He is survived by: his children, Marina Waters (Walter Scott), Toni Rae Frizzell (Tim), Misty Redlin (Jeff), Margy Mestas and Earnest Waters; and his sister Joyce Ludwig (Richard Ludwig). He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
