He is survived by: his wife Bonnie; his children, Wayne Rusk (Carrie), Karen Chavez (Mario), Polly Ann Rusk and Kate Rusk; his grandchildren, Olivia, Nathan, Sean, Cassidy, Grace, Jesse, Jenni and Jakob; his sister Julie Cahoon (John); and his sisters-in-law, Linda Sauke, Lois Wooldridge (Daryl) and Dori McInnis (Rod). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
